1. Introduction
   Welcome to DevItUp! By downloading or using our mobile applications (the "Apps"), you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our Apps.
   
   
2. License to Use
   We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Apps for your personal use. You are not allowed to:
   
   
   • Copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
   • Sell, resell, or distribute the App or its content.
   • Use the App in any way that violates local laws or regulations.
   
   
   
3. Intellectual Property
   The App, including all designs, text, graphics, and code, is the property of DevItUp. You do not gain any ownership rights to the App itself, only the license to use it as described above.
   
   
4. Subscriptions and Purchases ("Premium" Features)
   
   Some of our Apps offer optional paid features ("Premium" mode) via In-App Purchases.
   
   
   • Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled directly by Apple via your Apple ID. We do not store or process your credit card information.
   • Refunds: Since payments are processed by Apple, we cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple Support.
   • Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your device Settings > Apple ID.
   
   
   
5. Disclaimers (The "As Is" Clause)
   The Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
   
   
   • Accuracy: While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee that the utility functions (e.g., calculations, conversions, tools) are 100% error-free. You should not rely solely on the App for critical or professional tasks (like financial or medical calculations).
   • Availability: We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or uninterrupted.
   
   
   
6. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevItUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claims is limited to the amount you paid us (if anything) to use the App in the last 12 months.
   
   
7. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes related to these Apps shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
   
   
8. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
